- How do I set up walks with Dogs on the Hill?
- Give us an email or call and we will set up an initial consultation. During the initial meeting, we will go over some questions, discuss services, and answer your questions. Most importantly, this will be our first introduction to your dog and our new friend!
- Does my sitter come at the same time every day?
- We request a 3 hour window in which we can visit your dog. For puppies under 6 months and special needs dogs, we can offer special time window options.
- What happens if my regular walker is sick and can’t make it to the visit with my pet?
- All of Dogs on the Hill’s walkers are highly skilled and will be available to fill in for your walker when they are not able to make it to the visit. If your regular walker can’t make it, you can be confident that your dog will always be taken care of!
- Can I meet my dog’s walker before they go on their first walk?
- Of course! We can either have your dog walker come to the initial consultation or if they are unavailable at that time we can set up a special meeting for you.
